Budget Management:
1.Prepare and manage the Section Budget Control Regulation to ensure effective budget management and compliance.
2.Receive and communicate budget policies to concerned departments to ensure alignment and adherence.
3.Set targets and monitor budget plans (Plan vs. Actual) for the section, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
4.Control and monitor root cause analysis in cases where budgets deviate from the plan, implementing corrective actions as needed. Cost Management:
5.Receive policy updates, set action plans, and implement them to achieve company targets related to cost management.
6.Collaborate with manufacturing departments on Kaizen items to drive continuous improvement.
7.Set Kaizen items and schedules to align with company targets and objectives. 8.Confirm that Kaizen benefits (SQCP) meet objectives and submit them to the DM/GM for approval before starting Kaizen initiatives.
9.Follow up on the progress of Kaizen initiatives to ensure they remain on plan, including tracking through PCR (Process Change Requests).
10.Summarize Kaizen results and progress, and report findings to management and concerned departments.
11.Confirm completion of Kaizen details, check standards after revisions, and ensure all changes are properly documented. Common Management:
12.Support policy management, including KPI control and overall management. 13.Manage and control budget usage by following the yearly budget plan. 14.Support and participate in company activities and events as required. 15.Manage and support the company’s systems to ensure effective operations. 16.Manage and control the section’s organizational structure and processes.
17.Set up and control job functions, job descriptions, daily work controls, and milestones.
18.Manage and control regulations, manuals, work instructions (WI), and workflows.
19.Manage and support the development plans for subordinates to ensure professional growth and performance.
