Law Control
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and related regulations by maintaining and updating the master list of labor laws.
-Oversee and manage drug testing procedures for employees.
-Supervise the process of Workforce Committee (WFC) elections.
-Coordinate WFC meetings with management and prepare necessary documentation.
-Report to and liaise with the Labor Department and Labor Court as needed.
-Facilitate orientation for new employees and prepare relevant materials and Organize compliance training sessions for employees.
Welfare and Regulations Control
-Ensure adherence to company rules and regulations by all employees.
-Disseminate information and updates regarding company regulations to employees.
-Establish and update relevant regulations as needed.
Labor Management Control / Employee Relationship (ER)
-Foster a positive work environment and morale among employees through various activities.
-Plan and conduct welfare patrols and checks.
-Develop communication channels to facilitate interaction with employees.
-Manage and oversee the labor-employee relationship system.
-Supervise the Welfare Committee and its activities.
-Monitor resignation rates and attendance of employees.
-Analyze factors contributing to employee resignation and attendance issues.
-Conduct investigations into employee offenses against company regulations.
-Maintain internal employee risk information and Manage external labor-related risk information such as bonus, salary negotiations, and labor movements.
Management Function
-Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to employee relations.
-Develop and implement action plans to align with departmental policies and KPIs.
-Manage and oversee budget implementation according to the plan.
-Provide guidance and advice to subordinate staff.
-Report progress in job responsibilities to superiors.
-Male or Female Age 33 years up.
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to manage employee relations effectively.
-Leadership and supervisory experience.
-Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English and good computer proficiency.
