1. Oversee preparation to support customer audits after the Start of Production (SOP) phase.
2. Implement and maintain customer quality activities, ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
3. Manage the preparation process for design ensuring alignment with customer-defined targets and expectations.
4. Study and interpret customer-specific requirements, translating them into actionable quality practices and integrating them across relevant departments.
5. Oversee the preparation and timely submission of IMDS (International Material Data System) data during new project launches and SOP phases, including updates prompted by design or process changes.
