-Conduct a deep-dive analysis of "Legacy Project" logistics workflows to identify bottlenecks, successes, and lessons learned.
-Study and interpret the Parent Company’s Global Logistics Standards to ensure brand alignment and operational compliance.
-Perform a Gap Analysis between current capabilities and the requirements of the new product line.
-Architect a comprehensive logistics blueprint, including inbound raw materials, warehousing, inventory management, and outbound distribution.
-Design Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored specifically for the new product’s lifecycle.
-Map out the digital infrastructure requirements (WMS/ERP integration) to ensure seamless data flow.
-Lead the "Ground Zero" setup of the new logistics system, ensuring physical and digital systems are synchronized before the product launch.
-Optimize facility layouts and material handling flows to maximize throughput and minimize costs.
-Collaborate with the Procurement and Production teams to ensure the supply chain is resilient and scalable.
-Act as the primary liaison between the local project team and the Parent Company’s logistics division.
-Develop training modules for operational staff to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
