ER Supervisor-Sr.Supervisor
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
- To checking the master list of labor law and any related laws.
- To control the welfare committee election and control the Welfare committee meeting with management team and prepare document support.
- To control and handle to check drugs to employees.
- Report and coordinate with the Labor department and Labor Court.
- Implementation and information all of employees to follow the regulation (New update).
- To set up and update the concerned regulation.
- To control all employees to follow company rule and regulation.
- To prepare the media and orientation the newcomer.
- Management and promote the moral to employees.
- Management and control the labor employee relationship system.
- Manage and prepare the Labor master risk information: Bonus, Salary up negotiation, labor movement [Outside].
- Set up and control the information management system for communicate with the Employees.
- To analyzed to determine the cause about employee's resignation rate and attendance rate.
คุณสมบัติ
- Male/Female 33 years up.
- Bachelor's degree in Human resources management or any related fields.
- At least 11 years work experience in ER function job.
- Basic Knowledge of Law and PDPA.
- Labor Relationship Management.
- Management skill and good personality.
- Good communication in English.
- Good communication & Human relation
