Improvement (Kaizen)
1. Plan to implement Kaizen Request.
2. Prepare and control materials ( Material, Cutting Tool, Consumable, Other )
3. Select Kaizen topics and consider the implementation (In-House/Out-Source)
4. Monitoring the completion of the operation.
5. Prepare and improve media, tools, equipment for self Kaizen.
6. Follow up and provide advice on improving the work site.
7. Monitoring the problem topic. 8. Review and improve the implementation of the annual budget activity.
Machine & Process Improvement (LCA) (Kaizen Sect.)
1. Consider Kaizen topics, create, improve machinery and equipment. to respond to cost reduction according to the organization's policy.
2. Prepare reports and present them to request investment budgets.
3. Monitoring the completion of the operation.
4. Summarize the results and improve the method of operation for greater efficiency.

1. Male age between 22 - 27 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree major in Engineer ( Mechanical, Electrical or other fields related.)
3. Experience more than 0 - 3 years in a Maintenance. (Welcome fresh graduate)
4. Knowledge of Maintenance such as Corrective and Preventive maintenance for CNC and Auto CAD
5. Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic.
6. Knowledge of PLC and CNC machine maintenance skills.
7. Must be pro-active, Teamwork with great leadership abilities.
8. Strong for problem-solving and decision making.
9. Good communication & Human relation.
