1. Oversee and drive initiatives to improve supplier quality.
2. Develop and implement quality improvement plans for suppliers.
3. Ensure that product quality meets customer needs and established
quality goals.
4. Prepare to test the transmission system on real vehicles and Analyze
problems identified during testing and develop corrective actions and
Document test results and provide feedback to relevant teams.
5. Prepare activities to reduce customer claims in collaboration with the
Aisin Group and customers.
6. Analyze customer feedback and claims data to identify improvement
opportunities.
7. Implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize future
claims.
8. Provide support to customers on quality-related issues.
9. Act as a liaison between the company and customers to resolve
quality concerns.
10. Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer issues.
11. Prepare data and reports for presentation to management.
12. Provide regular updates on quality improvement activities and
supplier performance.
13. Use data to inform decision-making and drive continuous
improvement.
