PE Function Job
1) Section Budget
1.1 To prepare and management the Sect. Budget Control Regulation.
1.2 To Receive Policy and communicate to concerned Dept.
1.3 To set up target and monitoring Budget plan (Plan&Actual) of Sect. according plan.
1.4 To control and monitoring root cause analysis (in case of budget are not according plan).
2) Cost 3 Pillars
2.1 To Receive Policy, set action plan and implement as planed for achieve company target.
2.2 Co-operate with other department in Mfg. about Kaizen item.
2.3 To set Kaizen item and schedule to matching with company target.
2.4 To be confirm Kaizen benefit (SQCP) are meet objective then submit to DM,GM to get approval for start Kaizen.
2.5 Follow up progressive of Kaizen to be on plan (including PCR).
2.6 Summary kaizen result , Kaizen Progressive then report to Management and Concern Dept.
2.7 Confirm kaizen details are completed and check standard after revise. Common Management
1. Support Policy Management: KPI control and management.
2. To management and control budget usage by follow yearly budget plan.
3. To support the Company Activity / Event.
4. To management and support company system.
5. To management and control the Section organization.
6. To set up and control JF / JD / Daily work control / Milestone.
7. To management and control Regulation /Manual /Work instruction (WI) / Work Flow.
8. To Manage subordinate Development plan.

1. Male or Female 38 – 43 years old.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering major IE, ME, EE or related filed.
3. Experience in 13 Years up in TPS System, Kaizen, Improvement.
4. Knowledge of TPS (advantage).
5. Good communication & Human relation.
6. Good communication in English.
7. Management skill and good personality.
